The Picnic Experience

Whether you're having a picnic at a park, beach, or in your backyard, our picnic setups will transform any gathering into a luxury experience.

NOTE: For large events please inquire at least 2 - 3 months ahead of time to allow for timely planning of event 

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD PICNIC:

  • Wooden picnic table
  • Umbrella (depending on weather)
  • Decorative rug
  • Accent pillows
  • Standard tableware, decor, and colors (we choose the colors and decorations for your picnic setup)
  • Cooler bag with ice
  • Plates and utensils
  • Drinks: water, juice, and/or soda will be provided (We do not pick up food or deliver food. You must provide your own food.)
  • Lawn game
  • 2 hours to enjoy your picnic

OPTIONAL 4 HOUR PICNIC:

    Customized Picnics

    Have a custom theme or color picnic in mind? Let us know and we will make your dream picnic come true!(Price will vary depending on the decoration and colors)

    STANDARD PRICING & DELIVERY DETAILS:

    • $230 for 2 person (Additional $18 per person)
    • Delivery fee will apply for cities that are more than 25 miles from our business in La Habra, CA
    • If booking 2 weeks or more in advance, then a 50% deposit is required at time of booking with the remaining payment due 5 days before the event date. If booking in one week or less than a week then payment must be made in full in order to reserve the event date.
    • We deliver, set up, and pick up the same day
    • If you would like to request custom colors and themes for your picnic, it will be an additional fee depending on what colors, balloons, and theme you would like.

    • Charcuterie Board - $70
    • Cheese Platter - $50
    • Custom Color/Theme Picnic - Price Will Vary depending on theme and color

    Cancellations

    Cancellation by Company: If an event is cancelled by our company due to weather related problems or emergency, the client will get a 100% refund of their initial deposit or full deposit if the client has paid for all their services in full. Also if no initial services have been rendered by the Company, and no vendors have been secured for the Client, a full refund will also be returned by the Company.  

    Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels services with the Company before the event date then the Client will only receive a 20% refund of their initial deposit or full deposit as deposits have been put towards services that the Company has initially rendered in securing vendors, items, and other services needed for the Client’s event before cancellation.
