Cancellations

Subject to weather cancellation: If the company cancels service for the client due to weather related issues then the customer will get a full refund.

Emergency Cancellation By The Company: If the company cancels service due to any emergency issues either before the event date or on the day of the event, then the customer will get a full refund.

Emergency Cancellation By The Client: If the client cancels service on the day of the event or seven days before the event date due to any emergency issues then the client will only get a refund of their initial deposit only.
